You’ll be working for the UK’s most established investors network - the property investors network (pin), led by best-selling author and property expert Simon Zutshi. We’ve been helping make sophisticated property investment strategies accessible to investors just starting out, or looking to grow their portfolios, **for over 20 years.**

This position goes beyond the conventional 9 to 5 routine; it's an opportunity to immerse yourself in a high-energy work environment, where your skills in building relationships and hitting targets will truly shine.

As a Property Education Consultant, you will be at the forefront of our network expansion efforts. You'll lead the charge in connecting with potential investors and nurturing existing relationships within the property investment community. Here's what this role entails:
**Building Relationships**: Your ability to connect with people from diverse backgrounds and establish strong, lasting relationships will be pivotal. You'll engage with investors, understand their needs, and provide them with valuable insights and resources.

**Achieving Targets**: Setting and surpassing targets is at the heart of this role. You'll be responsible for meeting specific goals related to network growth, which will require dedication, creativity, and a results-oriented approach.

**High-Energy Work Atmosphere**: At pin, we foster a dynamic and enthusiastic work environment. You'll be part of a team that's passionate about property investment and dedicated to helping individuals achieve their financial goals.

**Continuous Learning**: The property investment landscape is ever-evolving. As a Property Education Consultant, you'll have the opportunity to continually expand your knowledge and stay updated on industry trends. This knowledge will enable you to provide valuable guidance to potential and existing investors.

**Contributing to Network Expansion**: Your efforts will directly contribute to the growth of our network. You'll play a vital role in connecting individuals who share a common interest in property investment and creating a supportive community.

**Team Collaboration**:You won't be on this journey alone. Collaboration with your colleagues and fellow consultants is encouraged. Sharing insights, strategies, and successes is part of what makes the pin team so strong.
- Strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and negotiate effectively with clients and team members.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify opportunities for process improvement and sales optimisation.
- Familiarity with CRM software and telephony systems for managing and tracking sales activities.

Pay: £25,000.00-£50,000.00 per year
