**Internal Sales Executive - Bournemouth**

**£22000 - £25000 + OTE £60k**

As an Internal Sales Executive you will provide a unique and tailored service to SME businesses whilst understanding the importance of succeeding. You will work with the 5th largest Telephony company with 20 years of experience is now recruiting for a BusinessDevelopment Manager with 6 months B2B telesales experience.

**Internal Sales Executives will be offered a fantastic financial package which includes**:

- Basic salary of £22000- £25000 plus OTE £60k +

**Other duties will include**:

- Providing excellent customer service to customers in regards to their telephone service
- Upselling and gaining referrals that will be passed onto another team
- Updating the CRM efficiently
- Taking part in on going training for new and existing products
- Completing general administrative duties

**The Internal Sales Executive Role Requirements**:

- Ideally come from a telesales B2B background
- Good organisation and time management skills to ensure deadlines are met.
- Strong attention to detail with good analytical and problem-solving skills
- Motivated and enthusiastic
- Strong phone manner, persuasive and bubbly personality
- Ability to work well both independently and part of a team
