Third Bridge ist ein Dienstleistungsunternehmen, das professionelle Primärforschung für Investoren aus dem Private und Public Equity Bereich, Unternehmensberater, Anlageverwalter und andere institutionelle Kunden anbietet.

Wir unterstützen diese Investoren dabei, Unternehmen sowie die Herausforderungen, mit denen sie konfrontiert sind, besser zu verstehen, indem wir die wichtigsten Treiber und neuesten Trends in verschiedenen Branchen erfassen und teilen. Dabei liefern wir kritisches Wissen, das von der konventionellen Anlageforschung regelmäßig übersehen wird und Investoren sonst nirgends finden können.

Einfach gesagt, erstellen wir die weltweit größte Datenbank an menschlichen Einblicken und sind die Architekten eines umfassenden Ökosystems, das bessere und schnellere Investitionsentscheidungen ermöglicht.

Stellenbeschreibung

Connections ist eine schnell wachsende, energische und leistungsorientierte Umgebung. Als Associate sind Sie die Person, die den Umsatz ankurbelt, indem Sie unsere Kunden mit ausgewählten Branchenexperten verbinden, die ihre Recherche relevant unterstützen. Nach einer anfänglichen Schulungsphase, in der Sie lernen, relevante Branchenspezialisten zu finden und deren Kenntnisse zu erfassen, beginnen Sie direkt mit der Verwaltung Ihres eigenen Portfolios. Sie werden viel Zeit am Telefon verbringen, sowohl mit Ihren Kunden, um herauszufinden, was sie von einem Experten benötigen, als auch mit Branchenspezialisten selber, um die perfekte Übereinstimmung zu finden. Letztendlich geht es darum, herauszufinden, was unsere Kunden brauchen, und tief zu graben, um herauszufinden, ob die von uns identifizierten Experten die richtigen sind, um die Fragen der Kunden zu beantworten.

**Aufgaben**
- Die Kundenbedürfnisse zu verstehen und die relevantesten Experten zu identifizieren, die ihnen helfen könnten.
- Sich telefonisch an diese Personen zu wenden, um herauszufinden, ob sie zu unseren Kunden passen.
- Mit den Experten zu verhandeln und sie davon zu überzeugen, sich kurzfristig mit unseren Kunden in Verbindung zu setzen und dabei stetig innerhalb unserer branchenführenden Compliance-Richtlinien zu handeln.
- Exzellenten Kundenservice anzubieten, indem Sie als aufmerksamer, reaktionsschneller, durchdachter und proaktiver Forschungspartner zur Seite stehen.

**Entwicklung**

Unser ausführliches Onboarding-Programm umfasst sowohl Präsenzunterricht als auch eigenes Lernen am Arbeitsplatz, das Ihnen die Grundlagen unseres Geschäfts beibringt: wie unsere Kunden denken, wie Sie unser Wertversprechen an Experten verkaufen und wie Sie eine Vielzahl von Branchen kennenlernen können, um unseren Kunden einen exzellenten Service zu bieten.

Sie lernen auch, wie Sie Branchenexperten am besten identifizieren und dabei Ihre eigene Kommunikationsfähigkeiten entwickeln, um mit Branchenspezialisten und erfahrenen Fachleuten am Telefon in Kontakt zu treten.

In der Regel, aber nicht ausschließlich, haben Sie nach 4 bis 6 Monaten auf Ihrer Third Bridge-Reise den Umgang mit Branchenexperten gemeistert und gehen dann zu unserem Client Engagement-Lernprogramm über, um die Verantwortung für den Aufbau von Kundenbeziehungen und das Projektmanagement zu übernehmen. Sie lernen, wie Sie mit Investoren
- und Unternehmensberatungskunden in Kontakt treten, Geschäftsergebnisse vorantreiben und Projektteams leiten.

Ihre Beförderung zum Senior Associate basiert auf dem Erreichen von konkreten Leistungszielen. An diesem Punkt haben Sie die Möglichkeit, Ihren Karriereweg aus folgenden Optionen zu wählen:

- Manager Track, wo Sie mit unserem Emerging Leaders-Programm beginnen, um Ihre Führungsqualitäten zu entwickeln und die Möglichkeit haben, sich für eine Connections Manager-Rolle zu bewerben.
- Individual Contributor Track, eine Rolle, in der Sie Ihre Fähigkeiten zur Kundenbindung weiter verbessern und größere Verdienstmöglichkeiten freischalten.
