We are looking for a** Customer Service & Logistics Co Ordinator** to join the Customer Service Team within our Supply Chain Department based in Newton-le-Willows.

This role is fundamental in ensuring we go above and beyond in delivering on our promises to our Customers. We strive to delight, our Customers are at the heart of everything we do.

You’ll often be the first point of contact for our Customers, so it’s vital that your customer service skills are first class. You care about making a positive impact, wanting our Customers’ experience of Vimto to be WOW in every way, you’ll demonstrate this with your passion for excellence and hardworking ethic.

**WHAT YOU’LL DO DAY TO DAY**:
As part of the Customer Service team, you will be a key point of contact for our Customers. You’ll be responsible for:

- Managing and prioritising your workload to deliver customer excellence
- Managing our Customer order book end to end, ensuring orders are processed accurately and on time
- Keeping Customers informed of any changes; escalating, owning and resolving issues - collaboration with both our internal teams & partners and influencing our logistics partners will be key to success in this role
- Resolving non-conformance delivery queries
- Reporting (e.g. OTIF), reviewing and taking actions to drive out non-conformance, working with our partners to improve service performance
- Logistics Invoicing
- Stock reconciliation and inventory management support

**WHAT YOU’LL BRING**:

- Experience in a similar customer service role
- Microsoft Office / Office 365 experience
- Experience of an ERP System (Supply chain systems e.g. SAGE) - this is desirable, but not essential
- A ‘can do’ attitude
