**DUTIES**:
**Admin**:
Answering Incoming Calls
Paying for parking
Answering the front door
Issuing parking permits for visitors
Procedures, amending changes of frequency and managing agents details
ULEZ & Congestion, identify and pay daily charges
ULEZ & Congestion, identify any unnecessary charges and inform managers
ULEZ & Congestion, update daily spread sheet
**Payroll Preparation**:
Checking amending working hours on Job Watch
Checking for Private Mileage
**Other General Duties**:
Loading and emptying the dishwasher daily.
It should be noted that the above is not an exhaustive list and at various times you will be called upon to act in numerous different roles within the Company dependant on the Companies needs at that time.
As we are a small team, there will also be times when other members of the Head Office Team are away and again, it is expected that you will cover their roles at various times as they will cover yours when you are away.
Whilst every person in the Admin Team has set jobs that they are responsible for, at certain times of the month they may be especially busy and so aside from the list above, it is just about working as a team assisting each other where necessary.
Full training will be given initially and on an ongoing basis as you integrate into the team.
Working hours are 8.30am to 5.00pm.
