We're seeking a highly motivated E-commerce and Office Administration Specialist with Digital Marketing Responsibilities to join our expanding team. This role offers a unique opportunity to play a pivotal part in our business, encompassing everything from managing day-to-day office operations to driving the success of our online store and contributing to our digital marketing endeavours.
**Responsibilities**:
Digital Marketing (Bonus Skills):
- Oversee and execute social media marketing campaigns across various platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, etc. (Bonus)
- Develop and implement performance marketing strategies including PPC ads and SEO to boost website traffic and drive conversions. (Bonus)
- Utilize JavaScript and SQL to analyze data and optimize marketing campaigns. (Bonus)
- Collaborate with graphic designers to create visually appealing assets for digital marketing initiatives. (Bonus)
- Maintain and update content on various content management systems (CMS). (Bonus)
- Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities in the e-commerce industry. (Bonus)
E-commerce Management:
- Handle product listings on our e-commerce platform (experience with Shopify is a plus).
- Process online orders accurately and ensure timely fulfillment.
- Research and identify new product opportunities to enhance our online offerings.
- Monitor competitor activity and market trends to optimize pricing and product positioning. (Basic market research skills required)
- Develop and maintain engaging product descriptions and high-quality product images (basic graphic design skills to edit photos and create visuals using tools like Canva are a plus).
- Track and analyze e-commerce sales data to pinpoint areas for improvement.
- Stay abreast of e-commerce best practices and industry trends. (Experience with platforms like Amazon, eBay, or Etsy is a bonus)
Office Administration:
- Manage and organize office filing systems (physical and digital).
- Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents as necessary.
- Coordinate travel arrangements and maintain team calendars.
- Manage office supplies and equipment.
- Undertake other administrative tasks as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in office administration or a related field.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with online tools and platforms.
- Ability to learn new software and adapt to changing priorities.
- A positive attitude, eagerness to learn, and a strong work ethic.
**Salary**:
- Competitive salary ranging from £22,000 to £28,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
