**We have a fantastic opportunity for motivated and enthusiastic Referral Co-Ordinator to join our London & South East Referrals Hub at the Uxbridge Office, who will part of making positive contributions to changing the lives of children and young people.**

**Who are we looking for?**
We are seeking a motivated, enthusiastic, and conscientious team player who has a passion to be part of changing children’s lives for the better
Ideally you will have experience or understanding of Looked After Children, and/or Local Authority structure and needs, particularly in the provision of services for children and young people, though this is not essential.
You will however need to be self-motivated and dynamic to work efficiently and creatively both alone, as part of a team, and remain calm under pressure.
