I'm delighted to be supporting a Not for Profit Organisation whose purpose is to drive a charter of behavioural and culture change with regards to standards in design, build and materials in Construction, by delivering an accredited, industry recognisedtraining and assessment framework which is delivered to subscribed stakeholders.

This appointment is for a **Partnership and Business Development Manager** who will take the lead on building sustainable relationships with Procurement Framework organisations to recognise and embed this accreditation as a framework requisiteAND to grow and convert a pipeline of Construction associated businesses and professionals onto this scheme.

This engaging opportunity requires a**strategic B2B and B2C sales professional**, with knowledge of procurement frameworks to autonomously take responsibility for growing participant subscriptions and promoting this valuable, well consultedscheme through a range of proactive activity.

This position is a **HYBRID** opportunity allowing you to split your time working from home and in the office, however you should live within **commutable distance to the business in Hertfordshire SG12 and London**.

**Your remit will include**:

- Generating and identifying prospective customers and contacts
- Understanding the needs and challenges of your customers to sell the benefits of the scheme
- Actively listening, researching, and staying informed on industry and customer intelligence
- Helping the business meet its targets and goals
- Working closely with Procurement Framework organisations to ensure their engagement and understanding of the scheme
- Using and managing the Salesforce CRM to ensure data capture
- Collaborate with the Marketing team to ensure collateral, webinars and marketing materials are accurate and adding value
- Contributing ideas to the Marketing teams on materials or content needed
- Project work as needed

**Being our ideal person for this appointment, you will**:

- Have previous commercial business development experience
- Have used and know how to use a CRM to support your planning, delivery, and analysis
- Be good with IT systems
- Have very good presentation skills and be a clear and concise communicator
- Have the ability to negotiate and influence
- Think creatively and strategically

**Salary guide** £35-40,000 reflecting on industry knowledge.
