**Key Responsibilities**:
- Provide administrative support to the construction team
- Manage project documentation and ensure it is up-to-date
- Liaise with clients and contractors
- Assist with project scheduling and budgeting
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
**Requirements**:
- Own Transport
- Proven experience as an administrator in the construction industry
- Knowledge of commercial refurbishment processes
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work well under pressure
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience with CIS scheme and Reverse VAT Scheme
**Salary**: £30,000.00-£40,000.00 per year
