We are growing fast and this is an exciting time to join us; We are recruiting for an individual initially on a flexible, part time basis to carry out property viewings and assessments in and around mainly Teeside including Darlington, Middlesborough, Redcar and Stockton.

The job can work to suit your schedule but in order to fit within estate diaries it will be within the hours of Monday - Saturday 9-5pm. The number of viewings per week will fluctuate and therefore hours worked each week are flexible. You will be paid by the amount of viewings undertaken and you will be not required. This role is therefore perfect to work around other commitments.

It is a great opportunity for anyone looking to get into, or is new to, the property/architectural/surveying sector to gain knowledge and experience in these fields, plus an improved understanding of buildings, refurbishments and developments. Minimal experience necessary as full training will be given.

Job role includes:

- Viewing and assessing a target number of properties per week
- Booking the viewings with estate agents to suit both diaries
- Driving to various properties viewings
- Meeting the estate agent at the property and building rapport
- Filling in an online property assessments checklist
- Taking pictures of the property
- Completing assessments of the refurbishment costs
- Weekly reporting and communication with the Directors

**Requirements**:

- Good attitude and eager to learn
- Excellent attention to detail
- Ability to work to targets
- Be driven and ambitious
- Excellent organizational skills
- Be able to work flexibility in order to view required number of properties per week
- Good communication skills
- Must be able to drive with clean driving licence
- Access to a car
- Experience in architecture/property/surveying desirable

This is a chance to work in a growing business alongside a qualified Architect and a Project Manager, and there are significant growth and development opportunities.
