Accompanied Viewer

Smith & Friends Estate Agents is a well established and forward thinking Estate Agent, leading the way through innovation and our outstanding customer service.

This is an excellent opportunity for an Accompanied Viewer preferably with a minimum of 1 years experience within Estate Agency but this is not essential. You will be responsible for providing excellent service to new and existing clients whilst working and collaborating with our team in the Darlington branch and also the wider Smith & Friends network.

As an Accompanied Viewer you will share our vision to push our service levels to the highest standard whilst demonstrating a strong work ethic and a ‘can do’ attitude.

**Responsibilities**:

- Accompany clients to property viewings and provide detailed information about the property.
- Assist clients in exploring different features of the property
- Answer client questions and address any concerns during the viewing
- Provide insightful information about the property and the local area
- To carry out inventory work using dedicated software on a company iPad
- Communicate with the office team to ensure that our clients and systems are kept fully up to date

This opportunity is for an Accompanied Viewer working 4 days per week - Mon, Tue, Fri and alternate Wed / Sat. 30 hours per week.

This role requires use of your own vehicle, expenses to be claimed as per our Company process.
