Accompanied Viewer

Job Profile:
Your Move is one of the UK's largest Estate Agency businesses and part of the LSL Property Services group. With a large number of branches nationwide we are one of the most recognisable Estate Agents within the property industry.

We are currently recruiting an Accompanied viewer/Routine Visit Assistant to work on a **part time** flexible basis in the **Your Move **branch in** Wigton.**

Role involves:

- Accompany the client around the property in line with Company guidelines.
- Promote the benefits of the property.
- Feedback to sales staff comments from potential purchasers and faults within the property.
- Conduct Routine inspections of our Rental properties
- ** Able to work Saturdays essential, with extra weekdays included according to business requirements**:

- ** Driving Licence and own car is essential**:

- Willingness to travel
