Recruitment Coordinator

**Key Responsibilities**:
- Dealing with senior stakeholders and keeping them informed throughout recruitment process
- Liaising with search firms and recruitment agencies
- Scheduling multiple interviews across different time zones and providing feedback
- Co-ordinating psychometric assessments
- Offer/rejection correspondence
- Tracking pre-employment screening process
- Onboarding of employees - providing induction packs and guidance to hiring managers
- Knowledge of different functional areas within the business
- Working at pace with rigorous stakeholders
- Running data reports and providing progress updates and metrics to stakeholders
- Co-ordination of campus activity for associate and intern level hiring.
**Essential Requirements**
- Service and delivery focused with very professional attitude
- Excellent team player
- Experience working with an applicant tracking system. Ideally Workday but can be learnt
- Strong data analysis skills
- Prioritises effectively
- Ability to work to tight deadline
