Manage day to day services provided by third party suppliers to ensure appropriate standards for site safety, maintenance and hygiene
- Manage internal projects related to New client physical set ups, area moves and alterations
- Liaise with the Management Team to determine business requirements to ensure continuous improvement in the most cost-effective manner.
- Negotiate pricing and SLA standards with suppliers and control supplier database in line with ISO 9001 standard
- Control site level procurement and track all spending
- Report into site and senior management on all aspects of site services project work, spend and labour allocation
- Deputise for Facilities Manager on all matters relating to site services, Health and Safety and Security.
- Leasing and maintaining service contracts
- Conduct regular supplier reviews and audits
- Comply with Internal Policies & Procedures and with our ISO certification requirements.

**The Facilities Supervisor will have**:

- Project Management experience
- Experience in budget management
- Experience with working in Hi - Tech environment
- Experience with ISO standards
- Ability to Co-ordinate and influence key stakeholders
- Competent with Microsoft office
- Self-starter with strong communication skills
- A project management qualification (Desirable)
- Experience or qualification in maintenance engineering (Desirable)
- Six sigma green belt (Desirable)

- £28,599.55 per annum
