1. Sales Support:

- Assist the sales team in preparing and maintaining sales documentation, including proposals, contracts, and sales reports.
- Generate sales-related reports and provide data analysis to support decision-making processes.
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure accurate and timely completion of sales orders and contracts.
- Coordinate with other departments, such as finance, marketing, and logistics, to facilitate seamless sales operations.

2. Customer Service:

- Serve as a primary point of contact for customer inquiries, providing timely and accurate information.
- Assist customers in resolving issues, addressing complaints, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Maintain customer databases and records, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.
- Proactively follow up with customers to gather feedback and identify opportunities for improvement.

3. Sales Coordination:

- Schedule and organize sales meetings, conferences, and appointments.
- Coordinate and support sales events, including trade shows, product launches, and promotional activities.
- Facilitate communication between sales team members, ensuring efficient information flow
- Assist in the preparation of sales presentations, materials, and product demonstrations.

4. Sales Data Management:

- Maintain and update the sales database and CRM system, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
- Track and analyse sales data, providing regular reports on sales performance and trends.
- Assist in the development and implementation of sales strategies, based on insights gained from data analysis.

5. Administrative Support:

- Manage and organize sales documentation, including contracts, invoices, and sales-related correspondence.
- Arrange travel arrangements and accommodations for the sales team, as required
- Support the sales team in managing calendars, scheduling appointments, and coordinating internal and external meetings.

Perform general administrative tasks, such as filing, scanning, and data entry.

**Salary**: From £20,000.00 per year
