A new Quality Manager vacancy has arisen in our fast growing company. This is a fantastic opportunity to join our QHSE team.
**LOCATION**: Skegness - Holly Road Head Offices, with occasional working at other sites in Lincolnshire
**JOB TITLE**: Quality Manager
**JOB TYPE**: Full Time
**HOURS OF WORK**: Monday to Friday - 9.00am to 5.00pm (with half an hour unpaid lunch break)
**SALARY RANGE**: £45,000 - £52,000pa (dependent on skills and experience)
**JOB PURPOSE**:
**Duties to include**:
- Continuously review Micronclean’s approach to quality systems.
- Perform a continuous gap analysis of Micronclean’s business practices in line with the requirements of ISO 9001 and ISO 14001/50001 management system standards.
- Develop a programme to deliver changes in culture, systems and practices across Micronclean to effectively embed quality in Micronclean’s routine business activities.
- Coordinate and drive the change programme across Micronclean.
- Coordinate the training of individuals and teams throughout Micronclean in quality systems.
- Champion the adoption of a problem-solving approach throughout Micronclean (including the use of 5C and 8D techniques).
- Oversee the maintenance of Micronclean’s company certifications in quality management (ISO 9001), environmental and energy management (ISO 14001, ISO 50001), and laundry bio contamination control (EN 14065).
- Ensure the support of all departments in meeting their quality objectives.
- Ensure the maintenance of the quality teams systems and records, as specified in company policies and procedures.
- Coordinate activities related to the quality improvement programme including the review process, and programme development and implementation.
- Facilitate quality support of customers when required, including effective hosting of audits, responding to requests for information, and overseeing the handling of complaints.
- Ensure the sales and service team are provided with quality support.
**Knowledge and Skills**:
- Must have previous experience of quality management
- Experienced Manager with good mentoring skills
- Knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 50001, and ISO 14065 would be an advantage
- Good IT skills inc. the use of Microsoft Office products
- Full UK driving licence
