**Job Title**:Patient Services Assistant

**Location**: Swan Mews, Parsons Green, London SW6 4QT

**Terms**: Part-time, permanent

**Salary/Rate**: £12.30ph

**Requirements**: Monday mornings, Tuesday mornings, Thursday mornings, Friday evenings and 2 x Saturdays per month

**Responsibilities**:

- Greeting patients to the facility warmly and offering them help
- Providing five-star customer support at all times
- To be the first point of contact for patients, visitors and therapists
- Scheduling appointments with general diary management
- Answering questions about services offered at the clinic
- Completing administrative tasks such as accepting deliveries and mail
- Answering and directing calls
- Engaging in public relations and marketing to a minor degree
- Communicating with affiliated insurance companies including invoicing
- Assist therapists with patient retention
- Responding to patient enquiries/feedback in a reasonable timeframe
- Maintain effective and clear communication with patients and the team
- Maintain up-to-date patient records
- Assist with daily practice operations
- Helpfulness
- Ambitious and willing to develop for career growth
- Good communication skills
- Good organisation skills
- Ability to multi-task
- Excellent customer service skills
- Customer service experience is essential
- Computer literacy essential

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 26-34 per week

**Salary**: £12.30 per hour
