Applications are invited for a qualitative researcher, to work with Dr Sarah Tonkin-Crine and a wider interdisciplinary team on a process evaluation of a trial of an intervention to support de-labelling of incorrect penicillin allergy records in UK general practice.

The successful applicant will lead a qualitative study to understand how both healthcare professionals and patients have experienced an intervention which provides penicillin allergy testing for patients and supports de-labelling of incorrect penicillin allergy records in general practice. Responsibilities will include arranging and conducting remote interviews with patients and healthcare professionals, analyzing interview data and leading on writing a publication.

You will be based in the Radcliffe Primary Care Building, Nuffield Department of Primary Care Health Sciences, Radcliffe Primary Care Building, Woodstock Road, Oxford, OX2 6GG but you may be able to agree a pattern of regular remote working with your line manager.

The position is funded by the NIHR PGfAR for 9 months in the first instance.
