**The Role**

While performing this role you will have the opportunity to go through a years specialist training focused on how to become a market leading property professional as part of our academy graduate scheme. This will involve spending time in all facets of our business, from residential sales, lettings, land & new homes, marketing, asset management and sales progression. Once you have ‘graduated’ you will have the chance to join one of these departments to continue your development and career at Ashtons.

Our vision is that graduates over the coming 1-2 years will be the future leaders of our business

**Key Responsibilities**
- Lead generation
- Applicant prospecting calls
- Vendor care calls
- Processing leads using bespoke software
- Following up on leads generated by CSD and branches
- Assisting in overflow calls from branches
- Prospecting archived/old files

**Job Requirements and Skills**
- A People person who is open, friendly and has a passion for great customer service
- A Team player who is enthusiastic, compassionate and hard working
- Able to help branches build strong relationships with potential clients
- Great telephone manner and communication skills
- Excellent time management skills
- A progressive and driven individual who is sales oriented
- Someone who is comfortable making a high number (80-100) calls per day to warm clients

**Hours**

Monday to Friday: 8:45 - 18:00

1-in-4 Saturdays: 9.00 - 17.00 (with a day off in the week)

**Salary**

£18,000 - £21,000 base salary (depending on experience) + Commission

**Benefits**
