**Rethink Mental Illness are hiring Support Workers to join our Step Up Service - Yeovil**

**If you are looking to work more flexibly BANK work could be ideal for you - you may be retired, looking to do additional shifts around your current role or would like to work around your family commitments.**

**Are you a good listener, empathetic, understanding, kind, patient and willing to learn? we would love to hear from you.**

**As a bank worker you will work flexibly - as and when required by the service.**

The Step Up service in Yeovil, Somerset provides short term support to individuals experiencing acute mental health crisis. The service is accessible to adults aged 18 and above, and has 6 beds with communal areas such as kitchen and lounge. The service is registered with CQC and staffed 24 hours per day, 7 days a week and staff work in partnership with Somerset Foundation NHS Trust. The service will be overseen by a Registered Manager, supported by a Mental Health Practice (nursing) Lead with experience and expertise in crisis support. The addition of peer roles will bring lived experience to service delivery and development.
