**Responsibilities**:

- Make travel and accommodation arrangements efficiently.
- General administration
- Answer incoming phone calls and handle inquiries promptly.
- Utilize in-house systems to a high level this includes:

- Uploading to a client portal
- Uploading scheduling on a company system (drawings, locations, etc...)
- Scheduling works on the in house system
- Ensure worksheets are received and checked
- Demonstrate a high level of proficiency in Excel for creating spreadsheets and presentations.
- Managing operatives diaries which includes:

- Sending planning and maintenance repairs to the relevant operative
- Liaison with operatives to plan appointments, materials and logistics and reorganising of schedules
- Familiarity with Teams for effective communication and collaboration.
- Liaising with operatives, tenants and the client.
- Organize files, maintain accurate records and files, and perform filing and archiving tasks.
- Create financial reports and compile data accurately.
- Maintain internal databases and ensure data integrity.
- Work under pressure in a fast-paced environment while meeting deadlines consistently.
- Possess excellent time management and problem-solving skills.
- Handle different personalities with professionalism and tact both on and off-site.
- Seek guidance when necessary and ask for support as needed.
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently.
- Compile reports and maintain organization throughout tasks.

**Requirements**:

- Planner/Scheduler experience required.
- Previous experience in a fast-paced administrative role is preferred.
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks.
- Strong time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proven ability to meet deadlines consistently.
- Willingness to adapt and learn new systems and processes.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: £25,000.00-£28,000.00 per year
