We are an e-commerce business committed to delivering outstanding service and products to our customers. As we continue to expand, we're looking for a highly organised, cheerful, and proactive General Admin Assistant.

Role Overview:
As our General Admin Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting our team by managing various administrative tasks, including bookkeeping responsibilities, answering phone calls, and solving problems efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

- Bookkeeping: Maintain accurate financial records, process invoices, and prepare paperwork for our accountant. Experience with accounting software (e.g., Xero) is preferred.
- Problem Solving: Act as a first point of contact for solving internal and external queries, demonstrating exceptional problem-solving skills.
- Team Support: Assist various team members with ad-hoc tasks and projects, contributing to a collaborative and efficient work environment.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in an administrative role, with a focus on bookkeeping and financial tasks.
- Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- A positive, cheerful attitude, and the ability to work well under pressure.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and familiarity with accounting software along with any related skills that would fit with in our type of business such as GMail, Shopify, google docs & sheets

**Job Type**: Part-time

**Salary**: £12.00-£13.00 per hour
