Greet and assist guests in a friendly and professional manner.
- Answer and direct phone calls promptly and efficiently.
- Organise post/deliveries efficiently.
- Perform administrative duties such as filing, data entry and updating records.
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the reception/shop area.
- Assist other departments with any task required.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and adhere to company policies.
- Handle customer enquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Ensure security protocols are followed: signing in and out visitors.
- Process booking transactions accurately.
- Retail Sales including restock merchandise on shelves, displays, to ensure products are readily available for customers.
- Monitor inventory levels and notify management when stock is low, or items need to be re-ordered.
- Assist with receiving and unpacking deliveries of new merchandise.
- Follow procedures for handling and storing merchandise, including fragile or perishable items.
- Proven experience as a receptionist or in a similar administrative role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft office (word, excel, outlook).
- Available to work one weekend every 4 weeks.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
- Professional demeanour and appearance.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Salary £24,000 per annum.
- 25 days annual leave (CABÜ also recognises the 8 statutory bank holidays in addition to basic annual leave entitlement)
