Henlee Resourcing is working exclusively with an award-winning, family run SME based near Salisbury, to recruit their first HR Manager

This extremely successful organisation is at the very top of their game. Specialising in high end products, they are one of the best in the business and boast an impressive client list Having grown to 100 staff and a highly profitable £18 million turnover,they are now in a position to recruit a permanent, full time HR Manager.

You will have the autonomy and budget to build a modern HR function, from the ground up and, manage the day-to-day HR operations, whilst providing advice and guidance on; employee relations, training & development, recruitment, systems & reporting, engagement,and various people focused initiatives.

There is a little HR in place already, as well as a new HRIS and an outsourced HRD consultant (working 1 day a week currently - this will reduce). However, everything needs to be looked at, improved, streamlined, and brought up to date.

Suitable applicants will possess solid HR generalist experience, gained within a similar fast paced SME environment, with strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to bring new ideas and innovation. You will be commercially astute, hands on, witha no job too small attitude and, flexible to meet the demands of the business - hybrid working 3 days in the office, with occasional site visits. Driving licence and own car also required.
