BBC Supply Chain Co-ordinator

**Job Overview**

The BBC Total FM account is a Key Account for Mitie FM. The PPM Co-Ordinator role is pivotal in Planning, recording and reporting the completion of planned maintenance activity and associated work. The primary purpose of the role is to ensure that Planned Maintenance tasks are planned, scheduled and issued to the Engineering team and that is fully documented and understood and reported real-time.

A secondary, but important, aspect of the role is to ensure that remedial works arising from planned maintenance are evaluated technically and work flowed in Maximo for consideration by the Operational Teams thus improving asset reliability.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Management of generating and issuing PPM work orders and reporting within designated timescales. Closure of work orders with service documents to ensure stakeholders have ability to review reports via Maximo. Support SLA delivery and completion of monthly PPMs delivered including by the by supply chain.
- Build relationships with Engineering teams to improve report quality/asset data and closure times.
- Progressing PPMs via handheld technology and Maximo CAFM System including uploading of documents where required and in a timely manner.
- Logging of remedial works in Maximo CAFM system and ensuring these are communicated to local operational management
- Ensuring all statutory documentation is correctly assigned within Maximo CAFM system and uploaded to online for repository with all relevant metadata populated.
- Supporting performance management and escalating any issues.
- asset maintenance history is available.
- Manage Asset status and condition in Maximo.
- Provide support and cover for PPM team as required

PREFERRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

Technically Capable to understand the context and content of a variety of PPM Maintenance Tasks and Standards within a Building Engineering environment.

Familiarity with SFG20 maintenance standard

Attention to detail and ability to discern and extract relevant information from submitted service sheets

Stakeholder management in dealing with internal and external contacts to obtain required information

Good communication skills, written and verbal
