**Lincolnshire Specialist Domestic Abuse Service (LDASS) ‘Delivered by EDAN Lincs’**

**Senior Specialist Domestic Abuse Practitioner (Split role)**

30 hours per week (we would also consider a 37.5hr post)

£28,000 -31,000 FTE

Hybrid work/home based

We are looking for someone that is dynamic and self-motivated. The ideal applicant will be need to be organised with the ability to multi-task.

Applicants must have a sound understanding of the effects of domestic abuse and experience of working with crisis intervention; you will be expected to provide a pro-active, short-term service in a multi-agency framework.

Responsibilities will include supporting the Adult Intervention Manager in a senior capacity, to provide support and supervision to colleagues, along with associated administrative tasks relating to contract management

You will be required to actively work with victims of domestic abuse, to provide crisis intervention, raise awareness of domestic abuse and to create personalised support plans to help them move forward with an independent life that is safe and free from domestic abuse while reflecting the values of EDAN Lincs.

Relevant experience or knowledge of the causes and effects of domestic abuse on adults, children and young people is essential

NVQ level 4 or equivalent experience is required.
