Business Administrator

**Introduction**:
Our client is a Defence and Consultancy company as is looking for an Administrator to support business operations, as well as performing general business administration tasks.
**Key responsibilities**:
- Process flight, hotel, car and rail travel requests.
- Process information regarding new starters, managing staff leaver tasks and update spreadsheets accordingly.
- Liaising with Facilities Management to ensure issues are resolved.
- Maintaining Distribution Lists.
- Process Corporate orders (e.g., business cards).
- CV Administration.
- Provide direction and guidance to information across our division to staff.
- Deal with printers, stationery, mail and PPE orders.
- General office duties such as provide support for meeting room equipment.
- Maintaining pool equipment e.g., laptops/desktops.
- Act as a Fire Marshall.
- Promote security compliance, providing security advice, support for IT user accounts and reporting security incidents.
- Supporting meetings and events.
**Skills & experience**:
- Excellent attention to detail, with the ability to produce quality documentation.
- Previous experience of office administration.
- Ability to work in a large busy, professional office environment.
- Self-sufficient/ability to work independent from instruction with a proactive approach.
- Accurate record keeper, systems and process driven.
- Competent in the use of MS Word, Excel, Outlook and Teams.
- Good organisation skills with ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Good time management skills.
- Enthusiastic and keen team player.
- Educated to GCSE level including Maths & English.
