An exciting opportunity has arisen to work within the Apprenticeships Norfolk team as an Apprenticeship Levy-Transfer Co-ordinator. The post is offered as a fixed term position for 2 years, until 31.03.25 and two posts are available.

We are looking for a self-motivated individual who is passionate about supporting employers and individuals in Norfolk start their Apprenticeship journey If you are dedicated to offering highly responsive customer service and enthusiastic to work in a proactive team, we would love to hear from you. You will have experience working on employer-responsive initiatives and have a good knowledge of approaches to raise awareness/understanding of apprenticeships. Ideally, you will have an awareness of the Apprenticeship levy system. You will be a good communicator, have excellent attention to detail and a broad range of digital skills.

You will:
Develop strategic partnerships with a variety of key stakeholders across Norfolk, to deliver a project promoting the transfer of unspent apprenticeship levy and related initiatives that contribute to the overall delivery of the NCC Apprenticeships strategy.

Have a particular focus on engaging, supporting and building relationships with both levy and non-levy paying businesses, to maximise levy-transfer opportunities in order to start new apprenticeships in Norfolk.

Oversee effective and efficient monitoring and reporting systems, to ensure transparency of progress is available for internal and external stakeholders, and that project data can be driven back into broader strategic planning

Provide assistance, through working closely with employers to aid them in understanding and utilising apprenticeship standards, identifying gaps in provision and supporting their recruitment process

Maintain knowledge of apprenticeship policy and keep updated with changes to national systems
