We are looking for Projects/Operations Assistant to join our company at our head office in West London. You will be a point of contact for all our other offices / employees and vendors/sub-contractors and reporting directly to the Technical Manager / Director.Your primary responsibilities will be working as a team with the technical manager / directors on various projects. To be successful in this role, you should have excellent organization skills along with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.Ultimately, you will provide administrative support to our London operations and ensure all daily procedures run smoothly.

**Key Responsibilities
The key responsibilities of an Operations Assistant include, but are not limited to:

- Keeping track of all overseas R+M, engineering and other projects.
- Liaising with manpower, sub-contractors, agents, suppliers regarding transfer of personnel, equipment, consumables etc to and from the vessels / offshore vessels /platform etc.
- Monitoring costs and preparing a monthly profit/loss report.
- Assist with preparing and sending out quotations for the clients as instructed by Managers
- Organise company documents especially projects into updated filing systems.
- Prepare presentations, spreadsheets, and reports.

**The Person
The key skills and qualities of an Operations Assistant are:

- Proven work experience as an Administrative Coordinator, Administrator, or similar role.
- Hands-on experience with MS Office Suite (particularly MS Word and MS Excel).
- Familiarity with office equipment, like printers and fax machines.
- Basic math skills.
- Solid time-management abilities with the ability to prioritize tasks.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, importantly organisational skills.
- Educated to degree level, additional qualification in Office Administration is a plus.
