**HR Advisor - Collective Bargaining**

**Location**:Ansty Park, Pilot Way, Coventry CV7 9JU / Hybrid Working

**Salary**:£31,278 - £36,808 (depending on skills & experience)

As the HR Advisor in this position you will provide advice and guidance on a range of topics including, but not limited to, collective bargaining, Trade Union relationship and Employee Relations.

**About The Role**
- Provide advice & guidance along with transactional administration in accordance with departmental service level agreements (SLA’s) and People Policies, seeking support from the HR Business Partner for Collective Bargaining for complex employee & trade union relations & litigation as / if necessary.
- Ensure outcomes & follow up action are undertaken, updating the centralised system and records as required.
- Organise and facilitate both formal and informal meetings with all stakeholders including Managers, Leaders, Trade Union Representatives (internal & external), Employee Representatives and colleagues.
- Provide administrative support at formal meetings such ensuring actions are captured and distributed and taking ownership for ensuring their completion.
- Proactive participation in best practice reviews to ensure continuous learning and process improvement.
- Remain flexible to travel when needed across the Cadent owned Gas Distribution Networks and sited location, to support activity for customer base and attendance at meetings and hearings.
- Act in an advisory capacity to stakeholders working closely with the HR Business Partner (Collective Bargaining) on a range of topics.

**What You'll Bring**
- English & Maths GCSE Grade C or equivalent
- Experience of managing transactions to service level agreements (SLA’s)
- Experience of guiding and supporting people at all levels in administration and HR Advice
- Understanding of external good practice i.e. Trade Union relations
- Precious Experience in supporting, organising and facilitating formal meetings with Trade Unions & elected Employee representatives
- Ability to work under pressure and deliver high quality work in a timely manner
- Competence to manage stakeholder relationships effectively and proactively at all levels
- Confidence in challenging current ways of working, influencing and encouraging change
