About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented HR Advisor to join our team at idverde RPO. As an HR Advisor, you will play a key role in supporting the day-to-day HR administrative tasks, including employee record management, data entry, and file maintenance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist with recruitment activities, such as posting job openings, scheduling interviews, and onboarding new hires.
  • Support employee benefits administration, including enrolment, changes, and inquiries.
  • Collaborate with the HR team to drive process improvements and enhance employee experience.
  • Provide general HR support and respond to employee inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
Requirements
  • Prior experience in an HR administrative role or similar capacity is a must.
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with employees at all levels of the organisation.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
