- **What will you be doing? **_
- **Product listing and optimization**: Create and maintain compelling product listings that showcase our products effectively, including product descriptions, A+ Content, high-quality images, and relevant keywords to maximize visibility and conversion rates.
- **Trouble shoot listing issues and queries**: Work actively with seller support teams in a timely manner to ensure we are trading effectively and are season-launch ready.
- **Advertising and campaign management**: Work with direction from the Ecom Marketplace lead to assist with the creation and management of Amazon campaigns to effectively achieve the target metrics.
- **Inventory control and management**: Monitor inventory levels, advise weekly inventory replenishment requirements, ensuring optimized product availability at size level.
- **Account health management**: Monitor account health for issues including, but not limited to, account KYC, seller feedbacks, IPI Score, stranded inventory, suppressed listing, and price alerts.
- **Identify marketing and promotional opportunities**: Develop proposals for key events i.e. Prime Day, Black Friday, end of season sales, etc.
- **Brand store presentation**: Partner with the Ecom Marketplace Manager and Marketing team to ensure best-in-class presentation of the brand and brand store to give consumers the best brand experience possible on any given platform

- **Qualifications that make you the perfect fit **_
- Able to demonstrate knowledge of and an interest in retail and on-line selling
- Knowledge of Amazon Vendor & Seller Central ecosystem preferred.
- Good understanding of Amazon PPC, SEO and digital marketing concepts
- Familiarity with tools like Helium10, Pacvue, JungleScout, and others is preferred but not essential
- Be able to manage and prioritize multiple marketplace platforms (primarily but not restricted to Amazon and Zalando), projects and brands at once
- Confident proficiency with Microsoft Excel and capable of working with formulas and graphs
