**JOB TITLE**:HEAD OFE-COMMERCE

**RESPONSIBLE TO**:GENERAL SALES MANAGER

**JOB PURPOSE**:To provide vision and direction to the E-Commerce division, to deliver sales to all our online market platforms. To become the online market leader through the provision of vGroup products. The E-Commerce Manager will be responsible for sales margins, supply chain and the customer journey. To provide marketing support and an effective communication channel between potential and existing customers. To plan and deliver sustainable growth in this division.

**SALARY BAND & PACKAGE**:£35,000 - 45,000 + Bonus Scheme.

**HOURS**:8.30am-5.30 pm Monday to Thursday, 8.30am-4pm Friday.

**HOLIDAY**:22 days + Bank Holidays.

**PLACE OF WORK**:Head office which is located at 1-7 Erica Road, Stacey Bushes, Milton Keynes, MK12 6HS.

**REQUIRED SKILLS**:

- Able to manage sales budgets.
- Strong relationship builder.

- Proven experience in E-Commerce sales.
- Numerate.
- Fluent in English.
- Team management experience.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- To provide the E-Commerce division with a vision and a plan to deliver sustainable growth while providing an excellent customer experience while adhering to internal customer service KPI’s.
- To plan and implement a full plan and budget annually, meanwhile ensuring that the division is in line through the year.
- Responsible for managing all web stores, through P1, Profile Autones, Ebay and Amazon.
- To improve conversion rates through site design and content.
- Improve search engine ranking and hits.
- To achieve and maintain Top Rated Seller across all platforms where applicable.
- Analyse competing sites.
- Introduce and launch new products onto the site using CMS.
- Create and organise all artwork and be responsible for uploading to the site. Maintain the site and keep regularly refreshed with new products, best sellers and special offers. Maintain feeds of the same to the social networking sites.
- Ensure all contacts and records are updated and maintained in our CRM portal to enable regular mail outs.
- Produce customer reports as required by the customer and agreed with the management team.
- Produce monthly reports and any report requests that the Sales Director may need.
- Liaise with production to ensure stock is being delivered to the customer’s specification.
- To attend customer meetings with management when needed.
- To promote and sell the Company’s entire range of products and services.
- Sourcing of new products.
- Ensure that purchase requests are filled and sent to the Purchasing Assistant when stock is required.
- Assist in the monitoring of stock and ensure ETA’s are provided to allow the customer a clear expectation of goods arriving.
- Reporting any supplier issues to the Purchasing Assistant when necessary and logging issues in CRM.
- Attend service reviews when needed.
- Ensures that all processes and procedures are completed, quality standards are met, and that projects are profitable.
- Regularly cleanse codes to ensure codes are accurate and up to date and amend where necessary.
- Ensuring new codes and products are set up accurately, taking into consideration how items should be packaged and what booking in procedures need to be followed.
- Ensuring all products are made available to buy on the online ordering portal.
- To troubleshoot any issues and report to the IT team.
- To improve systems and processes and identify IT requirements to assist in this.

**MANAGEMENT & TEAM RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Assist in development and promote the culture of continuous improvement, thereby recommending and implementing authorised changes.
- To delegate tasks to the relevant team members in line with customer requirements and ensure they are completed within agreed KPI.
- Motivate all team members to deliver a high level of commitment to the company and its goals.
- Be an escalation point for customer complaints, handle complaints quickly and effectively with a root cause solution.
- Comply with Health & Safety regulations at all times.
- Maintain good housekeeping of the department including the equipment within it.
- To provide ongoing tasks during quieter periods to maximise efficiencies for the rest of the year.
- Ensure high standards of conduct, appearance and behaviour are met at all times.
- Communicate effectively with all team members, colleagues and management team.
- Participate in the company stock takes when necessary.
