**Graduate Recruitment Consultant, The Role**:
This role will eventually end up with you becoming and expert 360-recruiter. Your main responsibilities will be the following:

- Research the market, becoming an expert in your field
- Match the best talent and help them achieve their own objectives

*As recruitment is based on the individuals/ YOUR performance, once you meet your targets you earn commission after every deal - Earning well over your base salary*
