An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Resourcing Team Lead to head up a Complex Care division in central London. This will be an internal recruitment role to support inbound care packages with the correct clinical staff.

You will be essential in the launch of the division and liaise with the clinical team to secure the right specialist care and nursing staff for our care packages.

We build our package to suit your needs, from conducting assessments, to sourcing the ideal property and tailoring our staff team to meet your requirements and keeping people at the heart of what we do.

The services that we provide include but are not limited too; Independent Living, transitioning children and adolescents into a healthy adult life. We offer Supported Independent Living for those with mental health and developmental conditions where we believe we can really make the difference. We also provide Respite Care, supporting those that need our help in short notice situations.

**You will be responsible for**:

- Assisting with the bidding process for referrals and care packages
- Managing the end-to-end recruitment process, from initial attraction, to onboarding, deployment and retention strategies
- Identifying the best complex care clinical staff and building strong relations within this market
- Ensuring the growth of the complex care division and building a team around you
- Following sales cycles and growing new business
- Building a deep understanding of our service users personal requirements
- Working towards sales targets and meeting weekly and monthly KPI's
- Using a variety of sales techniques in order to achieve success and close sales
- Taking part in the on call service rota based

- Ability to expand business and stabilise up a vertical

- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Outstanding interpersonal and relationship building skills

**Salary**: 40,000 (flexible)

This is a full time position working from state of the art offices in canary wharf - with work from home every Monday. Every Friday is dress down.

**Salary**: £30,000.00-£45,000.00 per year
