One of the UK’s most inspiring and best-known faith-based organisations, The Salvation Army, is looking for a Resource Team Manager to lead a team developing worship, discipleship and outreach resources for use in Salvation Army corps (churches) and centres around the UK.
have a vital role in considering what resources to develop and ensuring these are high quality, creative and effective in supporting local mission.
be a natural collaborator, full of creative ideas, with excellent editing and communication skills and a keen eye for visuals.
coordinate the management of all resource projects and line manage a team of resources coordinators, supporting them in their work and ensuring that resources are developed on time to a high standard.
be able to play a valuable part in supporting different expressions of The Salvation Army in our mission to share the good news, serve others without discrimination, nurture disciples of Jesus, care for creation and seek justice and reconciliation.
This role has an occupational requirement to be a practising and committed Christian, actively involved with your own Church.
