As an apprentice you will be tasked with creating content briefs and visual planning, researching and implementing findings from market research, offline marketing campaigns such as posters, flyers and content for events and much more You will be immersed in all aspects of Marketing as you work towards your Multi-Channel Marketer Level 3

In this role, you’ll work towards your **Level 3 Multi Channel Marketer,** delivered by our expert training team at Baltic Apprenticeships.

**A Typical Day in the Job**:

- Create content briefs and visual planning of their content and the platforms the content is posted on
- Research and implement findings from the various marketing activities such as online research and market research
- Complete competitor analysis
- Offline marketing campaigns such as posters, flyers for events and content for events
- Support in the launch of their podcast
- Measure and evaluate campaigns and provide recommendations within the marketing team

Full training and support will be provided by your workplace mentor and from the Baltic team.

**Salary, Hours** **&** **Benefits**:

- £14,000 per annum
- Monday to Friday 9am-5pm
- 25 days annual leave plus Bank Holidays and your Birthday off
- Free tea, coffee and office snacks
- Office dogs

**Desired Qualities, Skills and Knowledge**:

- A keen interest in social media and content creation would be beneficial
- An interest in editing and campaigns
- A passion for Marketing
- Good communication skills
- Ability to collaborate and work in a team
- Grade 4/C in Maths and English GCSE or Functional Skills equivalent

**Your Training with Baltic**:
This apprenticeship provides the skills, qualification and experience you need to immerse yourself within an exciting, fast-moving industry and become an effective **Multi-Channel Marketer.**
