**Your Role**

As an Executive Assistant at Swiipr, based in London, you'll provide unparalleled support to our CEO and Chairman. In this mission-critical role, you'll be the linchpin of our leadership team, ensuring their days run smoothly and efficiently, anticipate needs, coordinate schedules, thereby driving our mission to redefine travel disruption solutions.

**What You'll Do**

**Executive Support**: Provide comprehensive 1:1 support to the CEO and Chairman, including managing complex calendars, scheduling meetings, and coordinating travel arrangements.

**Strategic Partner**: Anticipate the needs of our leadership team, proactively identifying opportunities to streamline processes and enhance productivity.

**Communication Hub**: Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, demonstrating professionalism and discretion in all interactions.

**Project Coordination**: Assist in the planning and execution of key initiatives, from preparing meeting materials to following up on action items.

**Problem Solver**: Navigate challenges with ease, leveraging your resourcefulness and quick thinking to find effective solutions.

**Confidentiality**: Handle sensitive information with the utmost confidentiality and integrity, maintaining trust and professionalism at all times.

**Personal Duties**: Liaise with family office and support personal matters as necessary, ensuring seamless integration of personal and professional responsibilities.

**What You Bring**

**Experience**: Proven track record as an Executive Assistant, ideally supporting C-suite executives in a fast-paced environment.

**Organisation**: Exceptional organisational skills, with the ability to juggle multiple priorities and deadlines with ease.

**Communication**: Strong written and verbal communication skills, coupled with a keen attention to detail.

**Initiative**: Self-starter mentality with a proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making.

**Experience Requirements**

**Effective Communication**: Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential for effective interaction with internal and external stakeholders. Experience in drafting professional correspondence, preparing reports, and communicating complex information clearly and concisely is highly valued.

**Tech Savvy**: Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) is typically required, along with the ability to quickly learn and adapt to new technologies and software tools as needed. Experience with calendar management software, project management tools, or CRM systems may be advantageous.

**Qualification Requirements**
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, management, or a related field.
- Certified Executive Administrative Professional (CEAP)
- Project Management Professional (PMP)
- Microsoft Office Specialist (MOS)
