As the primary SEO expert in the team, you will be responsible for ensuring that Group GTI are industry leaders in the implementation of SEO strategies and experimentation with emerging SEO technologies.Outcomes

**Enhance GTI's Online Presence and Authority**
- Continuously optimise site health and link profiles to maintain high SEO performance and organic search visibility.
- Ensure strong E-E-A-T scores and compliance with schema guidelines, affirming GTI as a trusted authority.

**Drive Organic Growth through Innovation and Best Practices**
- Implement growth strategies leveraging generative technologies and creative growth hacking to boost organic traffic and conversions.

**Ensure Continuous Knowledge Transfer and Team Collaboration**
- Maintain regular, effective communication with the Platform Development and Content Creation teams about the latest SEO advancements.
- Foster a collaborative environment that aligns all teams in their efforts to optimise GTI’s online presence.

**Cultivate a Data-Driven and Experimentation-Focused Mindset**
- Lead initiatives for data-driven SEO strategy development and decision-making.
- Encourage a culture of innovation and continuous experimentation in SEO techniques within the team.

**Person Specification**:
Are you a self-starter with a growth hacking mindset? Does the idea of leading SEO strategies for websites with over 6 million annual visits excite you? Do you combine technical SEO principles with a flair for content creation, link building and a keen interest in the possibilities of AI? Then we want to hear from you.**Work Experience, Knowledge & Skills**:

- The most important prerequisites for this role are communication and curiosity. As the primary SEO expert in the team, there will be an expectation on you to learn quickly and develop your domain knowledge with the support of the wider Product team. There are a few things we think would help in this role:
- Proven experience in SEO and content strategy.
- Familiarity with SEO tools and analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush).
- Understanding of key SEO principles and the latest industry practices.

- 37.5 hours per week Monday to Friday 9.00 - 5.30pm
