Avid Personnel are proud to be representing their client as they look to hire a HR Advisor to work out of their Newtown based facility.

**PURPOSE OF ROLE**

As a HR advisor, your main responsibility will be to offer support and advice to managers and employees on HR matters such as the recruiting of new staff, dealing with employee relations and performance management from disciplinary to grievance processes and performance to capability assessments for the business.

**KEY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Regular review and maintenance of all HR related policies to ensure they remain compliant with all aspects of UK employment law
- Support Line Managers to provide day to day maintenance of all matters relating to the employee life cycle, including:

- Onboarding, including management of the starter, induction, and probation review process
- Conduct Exit interviews and provide feedback
- Supporting line managers with bi-annual performance review process
- Work with occupational health and HR Team, to review, monitor and proactively manage site absence levels, looking at capability and reducing long term sickness cases
- Lead/Support with change management processes
- Maintenance of all HR records in line with current employment law including GDPR requirements.
- Support HR change projects, company initiatives and social corporate projects as and when required

**Experience and Qualifications**:
**Essential**:

- Currently holding a CIPD Level 3 or above
- Previous Experience working within HR
- Ability to handle employee relations matters
