Deputy Head of Facilities Operations

We are looking for a motivated individual with excellent communication, interpersonal and organisational skills.

The post holder will support the Head of Facilities Operations in the provision of efficient and effective soft FM services within GHC. They will also be responsible for the leadership and line management of our six facilities locality managers, who provide Porter, Cleaning, Catering, Laundry, Fleet and corporate front of house functions.
- To manage a number of key facilities management functions across the Trust including cleaning, catering, porters, laundry, fleet and corporate facilities functions.
- Lead and support each facilities locality to provide a high quality, efficient and effective facilities service.
- Deputise for the Head of Facilities - Operations as required.
- Ensure the delivery of local and national objectives for facilities services.
- Provide professional advice on all aspects of facilities management to all key stakeholders when required.
- Develop and maintain a culture of continuous improvement and transformation for the benefit of the department, customers and the workforce.
- Responsible for the effective management of resources and budgets.
