**Job Purpose**:
Supporting sales on solutions and business development strategies, including volume development and service profitability in the Graphic Arts Market. Perform solution needs assessments/analysis in line with the solution delivery process (SDP), define customer specific document, finishing and workflow strategy both physical and logical. Defining, leading, planning, monitoring, controlling and delivering customer projects within the scope of the SDP and with the aim of completing these projects on-time, on-budget to the required quality and desired outcome of both the company and customer.

- Utilize Solution Delivery Process to support sales and development opportunities in continuous feed (CF) and Cut-Sheet (CS) production inkjet environments.
- Investigate customer's existing document, workflow, and print processes and related infrastructure; analyze document, workflow, and print-related issues and problems.
- Determine implications of these issues/problems to the customer's operations using both qualitative and quantitative measures.
- Support Account Managers in identifying customer needs and act as a content matter expert.
- Assist after-sales service in areas requiring specific solution knowledge to complement hardware troubleshooting skills.
- Lead customer projects using the PRINCE-2 project management method, from demonstrating project need to customer acceptance, within the Solution Delivery Process.
- Stay updated on project management methods and new developments.

**Personal Specification e.g. Technical skills, knowledge, experience required**
- Qualifications Qualified to degree / HND level or equivalent Minimum 5 years in the graphic arts print industry at a senior level
- Solution Delivery Process / Prince2 Foundation / ITIL v3 Foundation or similar
- Languages Speaks the language(s) applicable in the country or region Business English (written & spoken)
- Experience Consultancy, business processes management, project management, document and print processes and market portfolio knowledge (ink, toner, production finishing and continuous feed technology)
- Knowledge and experience of working in a customer sales environment
- Profound knowledge of GA production print market place Application knowledge in Graphic Arts, Color workflow, Book printing, and a detailed understanding of the litho/commercial print marketplace.
- Experience in project management, document and print processes Minimum 5 years experience in the production print market

- Display leadership during the different phases of a project
- Provide up-to-date analysis and recommendations that reflect industry best-practices
- Be able to analyse and qualify the strategic importance of documents in the processes of the customer
- Communication corresponding to industry standards and agreed upon procedures Determine and implement the best approach to optimize participation of all stakeholders at a customer
- Key Performance Indicator % of project-proposals that is accepted by customers
- The Project Consultant is ‘commercially’ responsible for solution profitability % of time spent on presales & project “billable” activities
