We are seeking an outstanding Head of Customer Service to lead our dedicated team at our Housing Repairs Center in the vibrant borough of West London. With a team of 60 talented individuals, you'll oversee our mission to provide top-notch support and assistance to our valued residents.
Location: Our Housing Repairs Center is conveniently located in the heart of West London, surrounded by excellent amenities and a vibrant community.
️ About the Role: As the Head of Customer Service, you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring our residents receive the best housing repair services with a smile. Your leadership will guide our team to excel in providing responsive, efficient, and courteous assistance to address residents' needs promptly.
Your Responsibilities:
- Lead, motivate, and support a team of 60 passionate customer service professionals.
- Collaborate with 3-4 direct reports to implement strategies and streamline processes for seamless service delivery.
- Work in a hybrid model, offering flexibility with 7-hour shifts between Monday and Friday, from 8 am to 7 pm.
- Foster a positive and inclusive work culture that encourages growth, teamwork, and innovation.
Competitive Compensation: Your exceptional skills deserve recognition We offer a competitive Umbrella PAYE rate of £450 per day to ensure you feel valued and appreciated for your expertise and dedication.
- Initial Temporary Basis: This opportunity comes with a 3-month initial temporary basis, giving you the chance to make an immediate impact on our residents' lives. There's potential for further collaboration based on excellent performance and future project requirements.
