**Salary**:£27,727 - £32,620 depending on skills and experience

**About The Role**

As a HR Advisor - Talent Acquisition, you’ll join our internal Talent Acquisition team helping to deliver a first class recruitment service to the whole of Cadent. Working in collaboration with an administration partner you will cover the East of EnglandNetwork and other supporting departments using your expertise to develop strong recruitment plans and innovating with the leadership to find new ways of attracting the right people to work for Cadent.

**Key accountabilities of our Talent Acquisition Advisor will also include**:

- Headhunting talent across multiple platforms, this will include social media platforms and job boards, networking within the industry to build the talent pipeline
- Taking briefs from hiring managers for their current vacancies and using your expertise and market insight to challenge where necessary, create a role marketing plan with the Life Cycle administrators Working across Multiple Social media platforms
- Working with the Centre Of Expertise to deliver Talent related projects such as employer brand, Diversity & Inclusion initiatives in-order to support Cadent’s Positive action objectives
- Working with stakeholders to understand talent requirements and focus ensuring workforce plans are in place keeping talent gaps to a minimum
- Running large scale campaigns this will include Talent Pool Sifting, Talent Pool Administration and Researching
- Advising and coaching managers on recruitment and selection methods
- Managing recruitment campaigns and partner managers on the tools available

**What You’ll Bring**

- Proven recruitment experience in Talent / Recruitment
- Ability to embrace and drive change
- Effective prioritisation & time management
- Ability to build and establish effective relationships
- Demonstrated ability to work independently as well as in a collaborative team environment
- Confident & skilled communicator (verbal & written)
- Customer service orientated
- Good attention to detail
- Planning and organisational skills
- Ideally you’ll hold or be working towards CIPD level 5
This role will also involve travel within the East of England network and regular additional travel to our head office in Ansty, Coventry when required, therefore a driving licence is essential for the role.
