- **Leading DEI Projects**: scoping, implementing and facilitating the delivery of high impact strategic DEI projects with cross functional teams.
- **Orchestrating our Employee Network** **set-up**: empowering our established Employee Network Leads and Champions, building intersectional working between the groups. Acting as a sounding board and guide, providing them with insights, supporting their growth and skills.
- **Promoting Transparency**: using multiple communications channels internally to build understanding and drive engagement of DEI. With our Global & local DEI, TA & Employer Branding teams, you'll make use of global strategic content and campaigns and contextualise it for our UK&I target markets.
- **Having social impact**: representing Siemens externally as an equal, accessible and inclusive employer of choice within our communities, with our customers and suppliers. Development of our DEI data landscape to meet DEI data requests for bids, UK legal reporting requirements (e.g Gender Pay Gap).

**Your success is grounded in.....**

- Strong communication skills demonstrated through storytelling, facilitation, presentations and written proposals.
- Proven analytical skills and an ability to translate metrics, research and trends into strategy and aid decision making.
