Position Summary

Reporting to the Regional Technical Manager, Kodak Moments, the job holder will be required to provide level 4 technical support to both internal and external customers or key accounts. Their focus will be on kiosk systems, their software, and interfaces with peripheral equipment. The ability to train others on systems will be key. As will be the readiness to travel as our customer base is across the region.

For the initial 6 months the job holder will be required to spend a lot of time in our Stuttgart/Paris offices to get systems experience. Once settled in the role, the job holder will be required to travel on a frequent basis to provide support with training as required.

This role can be based in either the UK, France or Germany.

Key Responsibilities
- Level 4 Service Support for Kiosk Systems.
- Customer Education and Training.
- Systems Integration Testing.
- Image Creation for Kiosks outside Germany. Back up for Germany.

Job Requirements

Qualifications & Experience
- IT Systems Electronics Technician or equivalent / similar domain.
- Minimum 3-5 years work experience
- Full driving license

Skills & Competencies
- Attention to detail, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong written and oral communication skills in English is essential along with knowledge of a second language
- Empathy for the customer
- Patient and comfortable training adults.
- Ability to project a positive image of Kodak Moments
- Microsoft Office - advanced level knowledge.

Working Environment
- Frequent travel is a requirement for this role
- Familiarity with wiring equipment and appropriate safety regulations
- Flexibility with working hours
- Able to carry out some moderate physical activity (some of our equipment is heavy).
- Will spend a lot of time in Kodak Offices. Not necessarily in home country.
