**The Role**:
As a Beauty Advisor, you’ll provide professional consultations to all customers, recommending the perfect products for their skin. You’ll keep a record of all customers, consultations, products sold and present a weekly report of sales and activities to your Manager. Additionally, you will:

- Help maintain and grow the customer database according to targets set, ensuring that it is always updated for mail-outs, e-shots and other direct mail activity
- Help ensure that all customers are kept in contact with new products, events, promotions and beauty rooms
- Assist in managing and recording stock levels
- Maintain a high level of customer service and professionalism at all times
- Get involved with promotions
- Keep up to date with all new products and trends
