About The Role
Sense is recruiting for a Talent Acquisition Coordinator to join our forward-thinking People team, based in our Birmingham office, working on a hybrid basis.

**Specific Responsibilities**:
Work with hiring managers and the Talent Acquisition team to identify rolerequirements and promote the opportunities to internal and external audiences.
Provide support in shortlisting, longlisting and interviews for hiring managers when needed.
Work with hiring managersto utilise best practice in recruiting methods and in the creation of the selection process.
Ensure that all activity is undertaken in line with regulatory requirements.

Key skills and experience
Proven experience of working within a recruitment team and being able to demonstrate the efficient execution of the tasks above
You will need to be completely aligned with our values, and a team player through and through.
Great communication - (verbal and written skills), and stakeholder management
Excellent time management and organisation skills
