Key Responsibilities:- Leading employer branding initiatives.
- Managing the end-to-end recruitment process to provide an exceptional candidate experience.
Minimum Requirements:
The ideal candidate will have a strong track record in employer branding and recruitment marketing, excellent communication and leadership skills, and the ability to foster strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders. Experience in developing diversity and inclusion recruitment strategies, as well as the ability to use data and analytics to optimize talent acquisition efforts, is essential.
Based on the location and job requirements, we estimate the salary range for this position to be approximately $120,000 - $180,000 per year.
