**Duties**:

- Processing and acknowledging customer orders, providing lead times and monitoring these orders with the production team.
- Assisting our Operations Director to plan work orders and bills of material.
- Respond to customer queries and provide excellent customer service to enhance client satisfaction.
Qualifications:

- Experience in SAGE preferred but not essential as full training will be provided.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritise workload effectively.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record keeping.
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines consistently.
